But I chose design as a profession. Comic books, album covers, a Chinese neighbor and the Macintosh all played a decisive role in that choice.

I studied design and visual arts on my own.

At the age of 19, I started my own design studio with a friend. We learned everything by trial and error, from making coffe, to being designers and acount managers, to running the studio for almost a decade.

Then I moved on to advertising agencies, and after working for a few of them, I settled down at F/Nazca S&S for 12 years.

In 2014, I started serving as Creative Director and was responsible for leading the organizational transformation of the design department, integrating the agency's capabilities.

Under my leadership, the design team experienced the most award-winning period since the agency's inception.

In September 2019, I started working at Africa.

I have served as a jury member at the New York Festival, Wave Festival, and São Paulo Creative Club.
